We bought a puppy.
Not just any puppy.
The best puppy.
We did a ton of research and finally found an awesome breeder! She had all the puppies through their first round of shots, had them de-wormed, newspaper trained, etc.
When Jonathan and I first knocked on the door, a swarm of 10 adult pugs ran around our feet. Then we went to the porch and I burst into tears at the sight of the 3 cutest puppies in the world (I am obviously a bit emotional today over becoming a “mommy” for the first time).
We played with all the dogs for awhile, but I pretty much knew instantly that we had to have her. She’s the puppy pictured on the far right in my other post.
All of the gear has been purchased, but she still doesn’t have a name.

aww thanks! I put that poll up 100% intending to name her one of those choices, but none actually fit her personality. Ahhh well, Pugalicious shall be added to the list of nicknames she romps around with.

Thanks! Thank god she’s a teeny tiny pug, so her whimpering sounds like a tiny mouse. We slept just fine, but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t exhaust us. Several nights going to bed at 9:30pm haha
I kind of die that you burst into tears when you saw them all romping. Regardless of what her name ends up being, can I still call her Puffin?
hahaha It was such a surreal experience. Jonathan was kind of freaking out too.
and yes, you may call her Puffin. I’m not convinced she knows her name because I call her nicknames for the majority of the day.
AHHHHHHH! SO CUTE! I love pug puppies more than air. Oh em gee. Such a cutie – so jealous.

Sorry about the worms… that is definitely not something pretty to see in your bed, or coming out of your sweet puppy, but you guys handled it well!

Thanks! She is definitely getting bigger by the day! I think she’s going to have another growth spurt soon because her neck fat is getting insanely huge. haha
