If you are reading this now, I would be surprised. I hope you at least had a nice warm meal today…on this holiest of bird days. Ya know, even if it was in the form of a blueberry smothered waffle (*shout out to Marth*).
Chinese-American Thanksgiving at our apartment was a HUGE success! Possibly the best I’ve ever had.
I will be posting almost all of the recipes, because they can and must be repeated by you for the rest of the winter holidays (is that PC enough?). In the meantime, here’s a teaser.
